Lovely Day For A Portrait Shoot
Recently I was asked by Kate to create some family portrait photographs in Guildford, Surrey. Kate and her family were all getting together to celebrate her dad's birthday and she thought it was a good opportunity for me to attend and take some photographs. On the day we had some lovely sunny weather, so I decided to take the photographs outside in the garden. I shoot all my photography assignments on location, as I really enjoy using different locations for the backdrop of my photographs. The sun, which was low in the sky whilst I took the photo's, provided me with a beautiful light to work with. Infact the light was so good I took most of the photographs without any flash at all! I much prefer to use natural light whenever possible, unfortunately the weather here in the UK doesn't always allow it.
